Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of your reservation should be made in writing.  Please note that telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Pre-Paid: when making a reservation, the full amount is charged 

Reservation cancellation:

You may proceed to cancel your booking up to 48 hours with out a cancellation fee.

Pay on Arrival: 25 EUR is charged when booking

Reservation cancellation:

No refund.
